DOME Foundation has officially been established, marking a new era for DOME Marketplace and its growing European digital services ecosystem.
The new Foundation marks the beginning of DOME’s next phase, combining long-term independent governance with a renewed marketplace experience and new opportunities for organisations to become part of the DOME community.
The establishment of the Foundation represents an important step in DOME’s transition from an EU-funded project into a sustainable, market-oriented European initiative. It will provide the neutral and transparent organisational framework required to support the long-term governance, operation and development of DOME Marketplace.
At the same time, DOME is entering its next phase with an increasingly business-focused approach and a renewed marketplace experience designed to make participation easier and more valuable for service providers, customers and federated marketplace operators.
A renewed DOME Marketplace
The latest version of DOME Marketplace introduces a cleaner interface, streamlined onboarding, improved service presentation and enhanced tools for discovery, procurement and provider visibility — better addressing the needs of the European digital services market.
The goal is to make it easier for customers to find and procure European digital solutions, and for providers to reach new customers across national and sectoral markets — reflecting DOME’s evolution from a technology platform into a B2B marketplace focused on adoption, transaction and sustainable business opportunities.
