What we are looking for:
- RPM Solution for Remote Monitoring & Data Collection using AI that are able to meet the high demand for chronic disease management (esp. diabetes, hypertension, cardiac care), and work with the emerging reimbursement models especially in the EU.
- Applying companies should be able to show clear revenue streams from device + subscription models. Examples: RPM alert and fall protection systems, heart monitoring.
- RPM Solutions for Clinical Decision Support & Analytics:
AI- or data-driven platforms that enable predictive and proactive care, reduce costs significantly, and support clinical decisionmaking. AI/ML solution that offer differentiation and high valuation multiples and strong exit potential. Examples: RPM including AI triage, predictive analytics dashboards, risk stratification engines. - RPM Solutions for AI Supported Patient Engagement & Communication:
Digital RPM tools that improve adherence, self-management, and communication between patients and providers. Solutions that demonstrate measurable impact on patient outcomes and integration potential with provider workflows are highly attractive.
